Troubleshooting: LibreView Upload Errors

Below are some tips on how to resolve errors during the upload process.

If they do not resolve your issue, please contact Customer Support.

Error Name: No Devices Found

This error indicates that the LibreView Device Drivers were unable to locate a compatible device connected to your computer.

  • Check to make sure you are using a Compatible Device.
  • Check to make sure you are using the correct cable with your device.
  • Check to make sure your computer recognizes the connected device.

If all these conditions are met, try using a different USB port to connect your device to your computer.

Error Number: 1001 / Error Name: AA_SHUTDOWN_FAILED

This error may appear if you have a FreeStyle desktop software installed on your computer that is preventing the LibreView Device Drivers from running properly.

  • Open the FreeStyle desktop software and disable the Auto Launch feature from the Menu.
  • If the error persists, you may want to uninstall the desktop software.
Error Number: 1005 / Error Name: STOREUPLOAD_FAILED

This error may appear if you have a poor network connection that prevented LibreView from completing the data upload process.

  • Please make sure your computer is connected to the internet and the connection meets our Minimum System Requirements, and then try uploading again.
Error Number: 1006 / Error Name: UPLOAD_FAILED

This error may appear if you have a poor network connection and LibreView was unable to complete the data upload process.

  • Please make sure your computer is connected to the internet and the connection meets our Minimum System Requirements, and then try uploading again.
Error Number: 1007 / Error Name: MATCHSERIAL_FAILED

This error indicates that LibreView was unable to locate a patient record linked to the device.

  • Unplug your device and wait 10 seconds. Plug your device back in to try the upload again.
Error Number: 1010 / Error Name: MASS_ERROR_DATA_CRC

This error indicates an issue with extracting the data from your device.

  • Unplug your device and wait 10 seconds. Plug your device back in to try the upload again.
Error Number: 1011 / Error Name: MASS_ERROR_READ_COM

This error indicates that there was an issue with extracting the data from your device.

  • Unplug your device and wait 10 seconds. Plug your device back in to try the upload again.
