A cable is required to upload glucose data into LibreView from a compatible device. (Cables are not required to obtain glucose data from patients using a compatible mobile app.)


Please call the customer service number on the back of the meter or visit the device manufacturer’s website to purchase the correct cable.

Note: If you are using a compatible mobile app within the FreeStyle Libre Portfolio* to monitor your glucose, your data is automatically uploaded to LibreView when an internet connection is available.

*Some devices and mobile apps may not be available in your country / region. Refer to the Compatible Devices article for a list of supported devices.
